The stories of those who have been laid to rest in one of Ontario’s oldest cemeteries have been brought back to life in a book penned by Scugog historian Paul Arculus. A fundraiser for the Lake Scugog Historical Society, the book Pine Grove Cemetery provides snippets about 80 of the more interesting and prominent former citizens buried at the Prince Albert cemetery. The cemetery is the final resting place for about 8,000 people.
